Select the Key Accounts (three circles) icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select the Alerts (bell) icon in the top-right corner to set alerts for the folder's contents.
If you have already created presets for your Key Accounts alerts, you can choose one of these. Alternatively you can create a new alert profile via the pop-up tab.
Below is an explanation of the different custom alerts that can be set up.
Track All Activity: Receive an alert for any project updates for the companies in that folder.
New Linked Project Added: Receive an alert for any newly linked project to a company in that folder.
Key Account Newly Linked as: Receive an alert when the company is newly linked in a specific role.
Newly Linked to Project in Category/Subcategory: Receive an alert for any company that is newly linked to a project in a selected category/subcategory.
Newly Linked with Project in Value Range: Receive an alert for any company that is newly linked to a project of a selected value.
Project Moves to Selected Status: Receive an alert when a company's project moves to a certain status.
Key Account Wins Tender: Receive an alert when a company in the folder wins a tender.
Specific Role Listed: Receive an alert when a project involving one of the companies in that folder also lists a specific role. For example, a Builder is listed on a project featuring an Architect in my “Specifying Architects” folder.
Display Alerts in List Format: Receive an alert with the updates displayed in a list format with basic details.
If you are a Master User, you can choose to share these alerts with the rest of the team.
