User Activity Insights allows you to track your team's activity on LeadManager, including:
- Total Logins
- Total Alerts Received
- Total Project Views
- Total Company Views
It also allows you to track individual team member activity, including:
- Logins
- Alerts Received
- Total Project Views
- Total Projects in Pipeline
- Total Company Views
- Total Companies in Key Accounts
To access User Activity Insights, click the Insights (graph) icon on the left-hand toolbar.
Select User Activity Insights.
The default time period for these insights is over the last 7 days. To view user activity over a different period of time, select the Last 7 Days dropdown.
You can choose to view user activity over:
- Last 7 Days
- Last 14 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 60 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Last 180 Days
- Last 365 Days
- Custom date range
You can filter the total activity by contact. Select the checkbox next to the user's contact name in the Filter by Contact dropdown.
If you can't see the individual user you are looking for, try searching for their name via the search bar.
You can also print these insights by clicking the Print Preview button in the top-right corner.
